What We Offer
Personal Coaching

Ever catch yourself wondering "Why do I keep doing that?" or "Why did I make that choice… twice?" You're not alone.
We all have patterns—whether in relationships, habits, or decisions—that shape who we are.
My coaching is here to help you understand those patterns, make sense of your experiences, and give you the tools to build more self-awareness, self-appreciation, and real self-love.

And let’s be real—self-love isn’t just about telling yourself you’re amazing! It’s about actually knowing yourself. The good, the messy, the awkward, and everything in between. Sure, we all have moments we cringe at, but those same moments also make us creative, adventurous, persistent, and strong.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on self-awareness and self-forgiveness—because the truth is, we’ve always done the best we could with what we knew at the time. Learning to appreciate that younger version of yourself (instead of squirming at the thought of them) is powerful stuff.

By the end of our work together, you’ll see yourself in a whole new light—and I promise, you’re going to like what you find.
Circle of Security Parenting Virtual Workshops
As a certified facilitator, we offer Circle of Security workshops to help parents and caregivers strengthen attachment with their children. This research-based framework teaches how to recognize and respond to children's emotional needs, fostering secure relationships that support healthy development.

Through guided sessions, you'll gain practical tools to become a secure base for exploration and a safe haven for connection. These workshops promote emotional regulation, resilience, and stronger parent-child bonds. Perfect for parents, educators, and caregivers looking to deepen their understanding of attachment and child development.

Designed for parents and caregivers of children between the ages of 3 months - 12 years old. Includes additional weekly 1:1 coaching and reflection sessions between sessions.

Nurture and Navigate:
Women's Parent Support Group
Strength through shared stories, growth through connection.
Step into my living room (or join us on Zoom) for a FREE gathering where you'll walk away with that reassuring sense of "I'm not alone in this," "People get me," and "Thank goodness it's not just me!"

Nurture and Navigate sessions focus entirely on YOUR feelings and experiences—not your spouse, partner, kids, or work—in a space that offers no interruptions while you speak, no opinions, no advice, and no judgments.
While I'll recommend books and articles (never as homework), our primary purpose is creating a safe yet casual setting where we learn about listening with empathy, giving space to one another, and rewiring that pesky inner voice that tells us less than constructive things.
The structure is simple but effective: each person has a chance to share once before anyone shares a second time, ensuring everyone's story is honored as we support each other through authentic connection.
