Attached at the Root presents a 3-Part series on Stress Response and Self Care. Session 2 builds on Session 1. This session will provide opportunities for small group work, however, individual work is equally effective.
This is an individual session, we recommned the 3-part series workshop package to receive maximum benefits.

This workshop is for a general audience, men and women, no previous knowledge of the Stress Response System is required.
